Postage and Packaging
All prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges, except martial arts belt racks and dinosaur skeleton and skull replicas where the postage has been included in the price. postage and packaging charges are shown on each product's page as they are dependant on each product's weight. Please note when the Postage & Packing amount is shown on the product page it is for one product, however all products (except martial arts belt racks and dinosaur skeleton and skull replicas) benefit from combined postage which will be calculated at the ‘checkout’ stage.

Credit/Debit Card Payments
All our credit and debit card payments are accepted via third party payment provider, STRIPE, whose terms and conditions can be found on their website www.stripe.com.
All PayPal payments use PayPal terms of use which are can be found on their site www.paypal.com.

Delivery/Shipping
Most of our products are sent via Royal Mail. Our website postage calculator works out the postage costs for your total order based on the weight and size of your boxed order. We reserve the right to use a Courier Service of our choice if necessary. Please allow 2-5 working days from receipt of your ‘Shipped’ confirmation E-mail.

Lead Time
We have set a 10 day lead time on all dungeon master screen orders, although we can sometimes ship faster. On all other products we will dispatch within 5 working days. If you need your order quicker, please contact us before ordering and we can let you know if we can accommodate your request. If we can accommodate it and you go ahead with your order, please can you also put this request in the notes section when you check out.

​​​Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Oakdene Laser Crafts provides a range of bespoke and personalised products, and as such this means we are unable to take returns or offer refunds on personalised goods. This does not affect your statutory rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in terms of Non-Personalised products.

If goods are faulty or damaged or you believe a mistake has been made with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist and try to resolve your problem.

For the return of non-personalised products, please contact us for our return address and further instructions.
Customers can contact us via our 'contact us' form at the bottom of the home page.
*Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning goods to us via a traceable method such as Royal Mail signed for.
Goods must be unused and in as new resalable condition.

Once the returned items have been received and checked, we will send an E-mail confirming receipt and begin the refund process. We aim to issue refunds within 14 business days. Orders will only be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase.
*Please note, refunds can take a further 5 business days to return to debit/credit cards.
Cancellations must be requested via our 'contact us' form at the bottom the home page All orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, as after that point work will have started designing and making your product(s).

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Lost/Non arrivals
All orders are expected to arrive at the address you have provided within 5 working days from being shipping. Note this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the 'shipped' notification please inform us via our contact us page on the website.
​
In line with Royal Mail and our couriers T&Cs, orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 working days will be treated as lost.

Damaged
We take great care in how we package our orders. In the unlikely event of our products arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
