1. What kinds of products do you offer?

We create handcrafted, laser-cut gifts and homewares—ranging from Dungeons & Dragons accessories (Dungeon Master screens, dice trays, dice towers, dice chests, coasters, and dice jails) to weaving looms, journals, kids’ room signs, bunting, resin dinosaur fossils, and baby milestone markers. Each piece is lovingly designed and made in our Lincolnshire studio.

2. Are your products personalised?

Yes! Many of our items can be customised. For example, we can engrave names, phrases, or themed artwork onto DM screens, bunting, or signs. If an item is eligible for personalisation, you’ll see options on the product page.

3. Where do you create your products?

Everything is designed, laser-cut, and hand-finished in our countryside studio in Lincolnshire, England.

4. How long will my order take to ship?

Because most of our products are made to order:

• Standard items: up to 5 working days before dispatch.

• Dungeon Master screens: up to 10 working days before dispatch.
  Please note: Orders placed after 4 pm Friday or over the weekend begin production on Monday.

 

5. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes—delivery is free on all orders. Items are shipped via Royal Mail or courier, with delivery estimates shown at checkout.

6. Can I see your products in person?

Absolutely! You can find us at Makers Markets across Lincolnshire throughout the year. It’s a great chance to browse our items and chat with us directly.

7. Do you sell on other platforms?

Yes! Our products are also available on:

8. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through:

  Your card details are never stored on our system.

 

9. What is your crafting process?

Our process combines precision technology with hand-finishing:

1. Design – All products start as a digital design created either in-house or using patterns licenced from fellow makers.

2. Laser Cutting/Engraving – Using high-quality laser machinery, we cut or engrave materials such as wood and acrylic.

3. Assembly & Hand-Finishing – Each piece is sanded, oiled / painted, assembled, and quality-checked by hand. This ensures every order is both consistent and unique.

 

10. What is your privacy policy?

We only collect the details necessary to process and deliver your order (name, email, and address). Payments are handled securely through PayPal or Stripe—we never store your card details.
We occasionally use photos of finished products for social media or marketing. If you’d prefer your order not to be photographed, please let us know when ordering.

 

11. How can I contact you?

12. What if I’m not happy with my order?

Please contact us if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged item, missing parts, or dissatisfaction). We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
